  • Position Name: Electrical AutoCAD & BIM Drafter
  • Position Type – Full Time (40-45hrs/Week)
  • You will be BIM/CAD drafter for our design build engineering department.
  • You will need to be able to abide by our drafting standards and procedures.
  • You will support the other Engineers and Drafters with their issues with BIM
  • You will be expected to build and develop the companies Revit Lighting/Device/Equipment Libraries
  • You will be expected to understand how to operate the following software’s:
    • You are expected to have a full working knowledge of AutoCAD (drafting software.)
    • You are expected to have a full working knowledge of Revit & Navus works.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Short term travel may be expected, pending project location.
  • Our preference is for the individual to have (though not required):
    • Some sort of electrical background
    • Basic electrical circuiting knowledge though this is not necessary.
  • Depending on the individuals aptitude there may be opportunity to move up into a design position over time.
  • Compensation is hourly – hourly rate ($/hr) to be discussed during interview.
